Main Focus
v0.4 connected geometry-selected regions to a simplified lithography imaging and contour-review pipeline.
Key additions included:
- clip-based layout rasterization
- imaging configuration and source sampling
- FFT frequency grids and shifted pupil generation
- partial-coherent Abbe aerial imaging
- direct threshold contour extraction and multi-threshold comparison
- geometry-derived hotspot candidates and structured risk metrics
- TinyTapeout width/space evaluation outputs

Separate release-level benchmark artifacts were not preserved.
Initial Pages Visual Gallery
The first public Pages visual set was added on 2026-06-11, shortly after the v0.4 implementation milestone. These images are retained here as a historical record of the initial presentation: a manually annotated Home image and four dense11 ROI overlays.
They do not represent the current Render-aligned interface or the current pya-native result format. The current Home and Demo use locally generated v0.7 service outputs instead.
